Carey Hamblett is a Screenwriter /Director / Producer. A passion for the environment led her to take on Eco Rock as Director/Producer and this festival DVD sells worldwide. Moving on to produce high profile programmes, became a Head of Development and scripted Channel 4 drama. Currently working on feature film projects with international partners.

Carey spent much of her childhood on the US west coast. Returning to the UK, trained in Fine Art and physical theatre, worked on more than thirty plays, from the classical to the contemporary, as a costume designer before attending the London Film School. She creates dynamic story-boards and lectures in screen-writing and production.
