Sam is a new media producer and writer responsible for conceptualizing, co-writing and producing The Gym the first network commissioned comedy series for ITV mobile. He and co-writer Rob Messik successfully delivered 50 x 2 minute mobisodes of The Gym, which is currently streamed on ITV.com and on all mobile networks as a free download through the ITV portal.
Sam has most recently been commissioned by Turner Television to produce The Belly-Dancing Mobi-Diaries, the first cross platform documentary series, filmed entirely on mobile phones. The 30x2 min series is currently premiering on myspacetv.com then to be broadcast on Nuts TV.
He comes from an acting background. After having graduated from The Webber Douglas Academy, he has worked consistently in Theatre, Television and Film. Most recently Sam completed the feature film Ruby Blue playing Bob Hoskins’s son, and played opposite Sienna Miller and Cillian Murphy in Working Title’s Hippe Hippe Shake out late 2008.
The Agent, a romantic comedy screenplay, co-written with Rob Messik is currently available.
